1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bai99 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the bai99 online gaming platform available at https://bai99.io and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or services (collectively, "the Platform").

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the bai99 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of bai99, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bai99 Platform or had your account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bai99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information in connection with your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bai99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to promptly update your account details should any information change. bai99 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bai99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming standards and anti-money laundering obligations. Before processing any withdrawal — and at any point during your use of the Platform — bai99 may require you to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).

Withdrawals will be held pending until all required KYC documentation has been received and verified to bai99's satisfaction. bai99 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where documentation is insufficient or where the Company suspects fraudulent activity.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bai99 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bai99 support immediately. bai99 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bai99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other payment methods as updated from time to time on the Platform. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. bai99 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited. bai99 may request evidence of source of funds at its discretion, particularly for large transactions or where unusual deposit patterns are detected.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC process outlined in Section 3.3. bai99 will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. bai99 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors outside the Company's control.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bai99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier section. Players will be notified before any deduction is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bai99 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are limited to one bonus claim per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Promotional Modifications

bai99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected by changes to that specific promotion's terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the bai99 Platform is subject to the specific game and sport rules published within the relevant sections of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bai99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on events where a technical error or manifest pricing error has occurred, and bets that bai99 reasonably suspects have been placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

6.2 Void Bets & Settlements

In the event that a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. bai99's decision regarding the settlement of all bets is final, subject to any internal dispute resolution process described in the complaints procedure available through our support team.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing mistake, bai99 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of profit resulting from such circumstances. Game session data stored on bai99's servers shall be the definitive record for the purpose of resolving any dispute regarding game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bai99 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account or facilitating the creation of accounts by ineligible individuals.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or financial information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from bai99.
• Colluding with other players or manipulating game outcomes through any means.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or systematically exploiting pricing errors.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bai99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bai99 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and interface design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of bai99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bai99 Platform without prior written authorisation from the Company.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bai99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Damages resulting from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bai99 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, certain limitations in this section may not apply to you.

bai99's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination & Account Closure

• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to bai99 staff or other players.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

In the event of account closure for a material breach of these Terms, bai99 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any verified balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting bai99 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagers or bonus obligations at the time of the request.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the bai99 Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting bai99 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of a complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. bai99's decision on matters of game outcome, bet settlement, and bonus administration, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be treated as final for the purposes of dispute resolution, subject only to manifest error.

bai99 does not accept liability for gambling losses as a basis for a dispute claim. All wagers placed on the Platform are placed voluntarily by the player who accepts the associated risk.
